- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪We absolutely love Dr. Chao and her staff. They go above and beyond every time. In fact, had it not been for Dr. Chao, several long standing and chronic issues for both my children would not have been resolved. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have to say, I've been going to Lodi med for about five years now, and at first they were very nice, just regular checkups, nothing out of the norm. But the second my boyfriend (who has been going there his whole life, might I add) and I needed something more than the usual care. Wow. First of all, Sherry, the receptionist, goes well out of her way to make you feel like you're inconveniencing her life by calling (even last week when I called to say that I would be a few minutes late after having gone to their old facility site first by mistake). My boyfriend has a chronic injury and Sherry, among others, seem to go out of their way to make him feel undeserving of medical attention every time that he calls. I am not exaggerating. As if it weren't enough to see someone that I care about get mistreated by LMC staff, I, myself, have now witnessed it first hand as well and I will not be making any future appointments at this clinic. I feel as though I need to rate this facility on a couple of levels in order to be fair - Medical Care, to which I would say fluctuates between a 0 and 2; and Admin Staff, to which I would rate a 0. I would not recommend this facility to anyone that I care about, however, if you do need immediate, basic care and this is your only option, I would recommend Deanna or Dr Kennaley...that is, if you are able to look past being treated poorly by their admin staff.August 13, 2017by Elyse Birkett
